SAP Business Integrator – Inventory/Warehouse Management
The Global Services IT organization is responsible for providing solutions for SAP and SAP-integrated systems, enabling supply chain management, human resources, and financial business processes. As the Business Integrator, your main focus will be collaborating with business partners, influencing the processes, tools and operating models within the relevant area. In this role, you will figure out the nature of the business need and contribute the most value-adding application of the solution. You will be responsible for ensuring that services are provided on time, on budget, and in a quality and compliant manner to meet required business outcomes.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
1. Opportunity to become an expert in the SAP technology and the business processes that support inventory management, including material master management.
2. Be forward thinking with respect to using various SAP technologies which will help improve the user experience
3. Be an advocate for SAP at global, regional and local level to communicate standards and expectations. As well as understand business priorities and represent their requirements within SAP.
4. Lead, run and participate in day to day operations, enhancements and projects. This includes understanding business impact, quantifying resources, and evaluating/recommending technical options.
5. Partner with the business in assessing and defining requirements and drive the development of business cases and system solutions.
6. Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization
7. Influence partner organizations to manage and prioritize incidents, system changes and projects.
8. Partner with third party providers to accomplish delivery of day to day operations, enhancements and projects. This includes: service level management, resource evaluations, escalations of system issues and oversight of the change management processes.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of experience with development, configuration, or support experience in SAP ECC inventory management, warehouse management and material master management functionality.
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Advantageous Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• Experience working in a regulated industry (i.e. GMP) and delivering within that environment
• Ability to operate at multiple levels (detail and strategic)
• Good communication skills, using a variety of methods in diverse forums
• Work independently with minimal direction
